Once you make an appointment and arrive at our offices, you will be asked to fill out some new patient forms. These forms will update us on your medical history and what problems you may be currently experiencing. If you have questions about medical insurance coverage, bring your policy with you and we can help. Our new patient forms are also downloadable ahead of time from our website for your convenience.

Your Initial Consultation and Examination from Our Atlanta Chiropractor

We will conduct your initial consultation to talk about your lifestyle and physical concerns. You will meet Dr. Jared Simon, our Atlanta chiropractor, who will conduct a postural and spinal screening along with some tests to determine your reflexes, range of motion and other physical attributes. If the doctor feels x-rays would be helpful, we will have those done at the time. Once the doctor has time to review the results of tests and the x-rays, he will offer a diagnosis and potential treatment plan. You will find out how long treatment may last and potential costs. If you choose, you may wish to undergo your first treatment that very day. While treatment plans are designed to provide long-term relief, many of our patients leave following their first treatment feeling a release of pressure and some relief from discomfort.
